Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to promote healing and alleviate a variety of health conditions. This holistic approach to wellness is based on the belief that energy, known as "qi", flows through invisible pathways called meridians throughout the body. By strategically placing the needles along these meridians, acupuncturists aim to unblock and rebalance the qi, thereby restoring the body's natural harmony and triggering the self-healing process. The needles used are extremely fine, much thinner than the needles used for injections or blood draws.

Cupping therapy is a practice where a therapist places special cups on your skin for a short time to create suction. This suction helps to draw blood either to or away from certain areas of the body. Many people seek this therapy to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Others find it beneficial for relaxation and overall well-being. Additionally cupping can serve as a form of deep-tissue massage helping to ease muscle tension and improve circulation.

This mineral plate produces a unique range of electromagnetic waves that fall between 2 and 25 microns. These waves have a strength that matches the wavelengths and intensity of the waves naturally released by the human body. As a result when the body is exposed to these waves it absorbs them effectively. The interaction between the plate and the body can promote various health benefits.  TDP lamp may help to alleviate symptoms, such as muscle tension, stiffness, inflammation, swelling, and pain.

Gua sha is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin. Some people anecdotally report positive results in lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation, and pain relief.  Gua sha aims to move blocked qi to relieve aches or stiffness. This action causes light bruising, which often appears as purple or red spots known as petechiae.
